How does this work?

Our tournament packages are intended for teams that want photos and are willing to split the cost. For example, you order 1 game and it's $100. You have 10 parents that want multiple photos. The cost breakdown would be $10 a parent and you get every photo from that package. To break it down, just two digital photos would be $16, therefore costing you more. It only takes one person to make the purchase. We usually recommend the team manager or someone with the parent’s emails sharing the package. What is included in this tournament photo package purchase?

• ALL photos are included in the digital photo package for the games you purchase.
• An email with a link and passcode that gives you access to download the images from our secure server.
• A downloadable copyright wavier release.
• All images are high-resolution JPEG images.
• Photos can be downloaded individually or all at once.
• Images are available to everyone that you share the email and passcode with.
• Downloads will be available for 1 year.
• You can view and download images from any web browser or from an app using your smart phone/device.

Do you photograph every game without a purchase?

We typically photograph 1 game for every team without any purchase being made. You can look at your photos online typically 15-30 minutes after the completion of your game. This allows you to see our work and what we are capable of. We are confident that you will like our work and want to purchase more. If your team decides to purchase additional games you must notify us via text or phone at least one hour prior to your game starting. Please let us know your team name and the division your playing in. For example, "We our Team USA U14. We want to add on X number of games", or just let us know the package you are purchasing.

After you determine what package your team wants to purchase we also need you to complete a Digital Package Order Form.

How do you pay for this?

The best method we have found is to have one person responsible for making the payment. That person will be responsible for collecting from all the parents that want the package. We recommend using Venmo. Most teams have a team account and it makes collecting and keeping track much easier. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Credit Card.

Do you get all the photos with a package?

Yes. All the tournament digital photo packages contain options from 1 game to all the games. Each package is priced according to the number of games you are purchasing.
