• ALL photos are included in the digital photo package for the games you purchase.
• An email with a link and passcode that gives you access to download the images from our secure server.
• A downloadable copyright wavier release.
• All images are high-resolution JPEG images.
• Photos can be downloaded individually or all at once.
• Images are available to everyone that you share the email and passcode with.
• Downloads will be available for 1 year.
• You can view and download images from any web browser or from an app using your smart phone/device.

Many times it is within hours after order is placed.  However please allow up to 72 hours after order is placed. If you do not see an email from us after 72 please reach out to us for assistance.

After the tournament concludes, you will receive a link to your photos within 72-96 hours. We process all the photos from the order and improve their overall quality. Next, we place them on the server for rendering. This step ensures all photos are prepared for viewing and downloading.
The entire process is designed to deliver the highest quality photos possible. The 72–96-hour window allows us to focus on refining each image before providing you with access.
For orders received after the tournament you can anticipate a link within 48-72 hours.

We attempt to photograph every team without an existing order at least once. Our focus and priority will always be for existing and new orders. If you decide you want a team package, text (269) 341-0693 or visit our tables to confirm availability. In your text includes tournament location, age, division, registered team name, and number of games you want. Once confirmed, complete an order form

The best method we have found is to have one person responsible for making the payment. That person will be responsible for collecting from all the participants. We recommend using Venmo. Most teams have a team account, and it makes collecting and keeping track much easier. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Credit Card.

While we try our absolute best to get lots of photos of every player at times we maybe short a particular player. However, this is where you come in as a parent and player. If you have already looked online at your game and do not see photos of you. All you have to do is let us know at the tables and inform our staff of your request or simply text (269) 341-063. Please always include Age, Division, Team, and players number.

Yes. All the tournament digital photo packages contain options from 1 game to all the games. Each package is priced according to the number of games you are purchasing.

Yes. We provide you with the release form to be downloaded for any purchase to print and/or share.

No. With the purchase of a digital photo or digital package the watermark will be removed.

New for the this season we have partnered with a lab in Texas. They will handle all your prints and ship directly to you. We offer many print sizes, canvas prints, cards, and gifts. You can view the photos and place an order by visiting Online Viewing and lab prints.
