Return Policy:
Prior to any returns being accepted you must contact Customer Support for written authorization. All products will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Once the product is received you will be notified via phone or email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For products that are defective they can exchanged for the same product or a similar product that is equal to or greater in value from the original purchase. Shipping to RUFramed will be paid by the customer and return shipping to the client will be paid by RUFramed.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and personal checks. Any product purchased with a check must clear prior to order being fulfilled. Any check returned as non-sufficient-funds will be subjected to a $25 dollar fee.
